Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar Glaze
Ingredients:
1 - 9oz jar of Really Good Strawberry fruit spread
1 cup (8oz.) Balsamic Vinegar
Instructions:
Heat fruit spread and vinegar in a saucepan to a low boil. Stir as necessary to prevent burning. Keep boling until reduced by at least a third. Take off heat and cool until just warm. Pour over Brie, Stilton or your favorite cheese, garnish with fresh sliced strawberries if desired and serve.
Makes enough glaze for a 2 lb. wheel of Brie
Really Good Crepes
Ingredients:
2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
1-1/2 cups 2% milk
3 large eggs
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Butter
Instructions:
Combine ingredients. Wisk together. Batter should have the consistency of a thick heavy cream (use more or less milk as necessary). Add about a 1/2 teaspoon of butter to a hot 10" frypan, (I prefer stainless steel or Calphalon) add a ladel of batter to hot frypan. Tilt the frypan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the frypan evenly. Cook until the bottom of crepe becomes light brown. Loosen crepe with spatula, turn crepe over and cook other side until light brown. Place onto plate. Spread on your favorite Really Good fruit spread. Roll up or fold and serve warm.
Mango Jalapeno dip
A HOT Spicy Sweet dip for chips.
Ingredients:
Really Good Mango Jalapeno
Cream Cheese
Sour Cream
Instructions:
Blend the contents of a jar of Really Good Mango Jalapeno with 4 oz. of Cream Cheese and 4 oz. of Sour Cream. Add more Cream Cheese and Sour Cream to suit your own taste

A HOT Spicy dip for chips.

Really Good #8 Hot Pepper Spread
Cream Cheese
Sour Cream
Instructions:
Blend 1/2 the contents of a jar of Really Good #8 Hot Pepper Spread with 8 oz. of Cream Cheese and 8 oz. of Sour Cream. Add more #8 Hot Pepper Spread to suit your own taste.
