Rhubarb, a vegetable, blended with the perfect amount of perfectly rippened strawberries creates an irrestitable balanced fruit spread having 80% of the RDA of Vitamin C. Try it on vanilla ice cream, in yogurt, oatmeal or toast. This is one of my favorites. My mother used to make a Rhubarb and strawberry pudding. I use basically the same recipe.
