Rhubarb, a vegetable, blended with the perfect amount of perfectly ripened strawberries creates an irresistible balanced fruit spread. Try it on vanilla ice cream, in yogurt, oatmeal or toast. This is one of my favorites. My mother used to make a Rhubarb and Strawberry pudding. I use basically the same recipe.
