Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar Glaze
1 - 9oz jar of Really Good Strawberry fruit spread
1 CUP (8oz.) - Balsamic Vinegar
Heat fruit spread and vinegar in a saucepan to a low boil. Stir as necessary to prevent burning. Keep boiling until reduced by at least a third. Take off heat and cool until just warm. Pour over Brie, Stilton or your favorite cheese, garnish with fresh sliced strawberries if desired and serve.
Makes enough glaze for a 2 lb. wheel of Brie
